Job summary

Eitacies Inc is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support Infrastructure Services in a hybrid environment, with at least two onsite days per week.

The role requires 5+ years of BA/BS Analyst experience, strong M365 skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects
• Experience supporting Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center teams
• Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders
• Experience analyzing current business processes and systems
• Experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements
• Experience testing and implementing technology solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments
• Ability to work Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite

Responsibilities

• Support Infrastructure projects from inception to implementation
• Elicit and analyze business requirements with stakeholders
• Design solutions and write technical requirements for platforms and systems

We are looking specifically for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience supporting Infrastructure projects.
