Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience supporting Infrastructure projects in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of BA/BS experience and strong skills in requirements elicitation, stakeholder communication, and delivering technical specifications. Preferred experience includes Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP, and Service Center domains, plus proficiency in the M365 Productivity Suite.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
Experience working on Infrastructure projects
Experience supporting projects involving Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP Telecommunications, or Service Center teams
Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
Experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders
Experience analyzing current business processes and systems
Experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements
Experience testing and implementing technology solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to analyze business needs and opportunities
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for delivery
Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions
Assist with deployment activities and post-implementation support
Maintain and track multiple active projects, ensuring priorities are met
