Job summary

BuzzClan seeks a Business Systems Analyst to work on Infrastructure Services initiatives including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, and VOIP teams. You will own assignments, apply strong communication and analytical skills, and ensure deliverables meet specifications.

The role involves data analysis, writing technical requirements, testing solutions, and creating procedures to improve systems. Experience with contracts/RFPs is a plus and some telecom tech exposure is favorable.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with the M365 Productivity Suite.
• Data analytics experience required.
• Experience with contracts and RFPs is a plus.
• Experience with Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management is a plus.
• Experience with Service Now Integrations (Asset, Inventory, CMDB discovery) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes across Infrastructure Services projects.
• Write up technical requirements and test/implement solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and create procedures to improve systems.
• Provide training and support to users and document deliverables.
• Assist with RFPs and contract scope deliverables.

Job description

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VOIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications. BSA duties may include data analysis, writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• MUST HAVE strong experience using the M365 Productivity Suite
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
• Experience with Webex Calling Platform or Telecommunications Expense Management is a plus
