EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on infrastructure experience for a hybrid role. The position requires 5+ years in business analysis and familiarity with Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365 and VoIP.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and support testing and deployment while communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role emphasizes delivering customer-centric solutions and collaborating across IT teams in a hybrid onsite/remote

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting projects involving Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365/M365, VoIP, or Service Center teams.
• Strong experience using the M365 Productivity Suite.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating business requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience analyzing current business processes and systems.
• Experience designing solutions and writing technical requirements.
• Experience testing and implementing technology solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across several projects.
• Ability to work Hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite.
