Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to support hardware and software issues, provide escalated resolutions, and train end users. You will install and troubleshoot, maintain ticket records, and assist with reporting for operations. Occasional travel may be required as part of responsibilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, experience with WMS/OMS, SAP WMS, and SQL basics plus familiarity with FTP/API methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent tech experience.
• Technical experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Order Management System (OMS).
• SAP WMS experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping software such as a TMS or carrier apps preferred.
• Basic SQL skills and familiarity with DB2/MySQL.
• Experience with File Transfer Protocol and API communication preferred.
• XML skills helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support all company-specific software solutions.
• Install, troubleshoot and develop solutions for hardware and software issues.
• Act as a technical resource to resolve user problems with computer systems.
• Maintain ticketing records and escalate urgent problems to appropriate resources.
• Assist with reporting queries and tools for operational management.
