Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the retail or CPG industry.
• 10+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment.
• At least one full-cycle implementation in a large project.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for WMS systems.
• Manage ticket queues and participate in CAB meetings.
• Coordinate with external consultants on projects.
