Job summary

Compactor Rentals of America (CRA) seeks a Business Systems Analyst to optimize operations by aligning people, processes, data and technology. You will drive business analysis, Salesforce administration, and enterprise-system optimization across Rental Man and other platforms.

You will partner with department leaders to automate workflows, support acquisitions, and provide reliable data for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role with Salesforce.
• Experience mapping processes, gathering requirements, and improving workflows.
• Hands-on reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and data-led decision support.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture needs.
• Translate requirements into user stories and specs.
• Design scalable processes and integrated workflows.
• Support UAT, testing, and production readiness.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate data migrations and post-implementation support.
