Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst or IT support role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
• Support the implementation of Salesforce for Customer Service, including configuration, testing, and user documentation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers.
• Create process flows, user stories, and requirement documents for IT project teams.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues during rollout.
• Support data mapping, migration, and validation across systems.
• Assist with training materials and end-user support for new tools and systems.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
