Job summary

DPR Construction seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business objectives and technology teams, translating needs into actionable system requirements. You will elicit and validate requirements, create process models, and support project delivery and improvement initiatives.

The role requires 2–4 years in business or systems analysis, with a Bachelor’s degree and CBAP preferred. Background checks and ERP/CRM familiarity are expected as part of collaboration with SPW Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or related field.
• CBAP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Successful completion of a background check required.

Responsibilities

• Engages business users across groups to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Defines project scope, priorities, success criteria, and metrics with sponsors.
• Develops scope documents, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Analyzes requirements for completeness and alignment with systems and data.
• Translates requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Communicates changes, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and supports QA.
