Job summary

CR&R Incorporated in Southern California is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, supporting Salesforce CRM deployment and custom app development.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders through the full project lifecycle, with a focus on accuracy, documentation, and delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst or IT support role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments

• Assist in the design and development of custom applications by translating business needs into functional specifications
• Create process flows, user stories, and requirement documents for IT project teams
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues during rollout
• Support data mapping, migration, and validation efforts across systems
• Assist with training materials and end-user support for new tools and systems
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst, IT, or related support role (internships welcome)
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/business applications a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly / Salary Range: _32/hour non-exempt
• Monday - Friday, standard business hours
