You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, provide technology and market data, and liaise with Corporate Real Estate on floor plans and moves. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Business Support Management (BSM)

Business Support Management (BSM) is a CIB Finance & Business Management function focused on three principal stripes:

• Business Change Management (BCM)
• Assistant Management
• Expense Management

The Business Change Management (BCM) Team is responsible for control-focused activities in support of CIB (Corporate and Investment Bank) businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Support businesses within CIB.
• Interact with varying levels of senior management and provide general support of day-to-day business functions.
• Management of on/off boarding, transfers in/out of employees in the business.
• Provision of technology, applications & market data.
• Project Management liaison (i.e. technology upgrades, facility upgrades, summer intern onboarding).
• Act as a conduit to CIB & Corporate Real Estate teams; maintenance of floor plans, move management, review of cost allocations / cost centers.
• Review and certification of physical floor access.
• Enforce a dynamic control/compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes.

Additional job scope

• Ensure effective business and process controls are maintained consistently across all businesses.
• Participate in and, at times, help lead strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects within Business Support Management.
