Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology to support a seamless customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling and build a client book.
• Support total store priorities and be an engaged leader.
• Own merchandising execution with Visual/Merchandise managers.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves, and fulfillment accuracy.
