Job summary

Bloomingdale's in Connecticut seeks a Store Leader to drive guest experience and sales performance. As a Business Sales Manager, you will recruit, onboard and develop your direct reports while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead merchandising execution, coach a diverse team, and ensure fulfillment accuracy, with a multi-million dollar sales scope and a flexible schedule to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required with 3–5 years direct experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to plan and execute retail strategies.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Lead and champion use of selling technology to support a seamless customer experience.
• Build a client book and drive outreach to maximize business.
• Oversee merchandising and coordinate with Visual Merchandise Manager for merchandising direction.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves and signing are completed.
• Provide daily oversight of fulfillment and track metrics for optimum fill rate.
