Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive, Business Sales in Tucson, AZ. This hunter role focuses on acquiring small business 1–9 employees, driving monthly targets via prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

You’ll tailor wireless solutions and close deals while building a strong customer base in an assigned territory. Applicants should have 1+ year in new customer acquisition sales, strong communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Solid communication and negotiation skills to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile’s value.
• Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership; participate in product training and sales meetings.
• Utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
