Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Chicago, IL, seeks a Business Relationship Manager to build trusted customer relationships from Developer to VP and own delivery, people and service-line outcomes.

You will partner with data platforms, analytics tools and AI/GenAI engagements, apply urgency in communications, and drive portfolio revenue projections, margins, and offshore leverage to meet client needs.

Competenze

• Engineering or MBA degree required.
• Experience in Life Science domain is preferred.
• Experience managing T&M engagements.
• Proven leadership and people skills.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements.
• Familiarity with data lifecycle management, Datalake, Datawarehouse and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
• Ability to manage revenue projections, margins and offshore leverage.

Job Description

cAs a Business Relationship Manager, the candidate will:

• Be managing and building trusted customer relationships from Developer to VP
• Act in ownership mode for people, delivery and service line relationship.
• Work closely with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements
• Have a general sense of urgency in communication & delivery matters with customers and have the ability to inculcate similar culture within your organization.
• Work with portfolio management-accurate revenue projections, strategizing margin and offshore leverage, improvement plans, driving training plans of the team, aligned to customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Graduates/MBA
• Have Life Science domain experience
• Have experience in managing T&M engagements.
• Should have Proven leadership and People skills.
• Experience working closely with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements
• Familiarity with data lifecycle management, Datalake, Datawarehouse and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).

Salary Range: 126,700-171,400 a year
