Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking a Business Analyst to develop, research, test, and implement process improvements across our systems. You will evaluate changes, document business impacts, act as SME for requirements, conduct interviews, create workflow diagrams, and review IT design deliverables to ensure objectives are met.

You will train users, support post‑implementation, and pursue ongoing process improvements. Ideal candidates have a BA or related degree, 2+ years in data gathering and analytics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, problem identification, and presenting solution recommendations.
• Experience with financial and risk analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development.
• 2+ years using project planning techniques and methodologies.
• 2+ years of business process analytics skills in Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams, and workflow models.
• Ability to explain IT systems and their impacts to diverse audiences.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities; effective communication with technical and non-technical groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes.
• Evaluate changes to identify business impacts and benefits; document requirements as SME.
• Create and analyze workflow diagrams; review technical designs to ensure objectives are met.
• Provide training materials, communications, manuals, and post-implementation support.
• Develop presentations of materials, models, findings, and recommendations; pursue ongoing improvements.
