Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research & analytics, problem identification, and presenting solution recommendations.
• Experience with financial and risk analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes.
• Evaluate business process changes to identify impacts and benefits.
• Act as SME to provide business requirements for process improvements.
• Interview and document stakeholders, needs, and requirements.
• Create and analyze workflow diagrams.
• Review technical design deliverables to ensure business objectives.
• Provide training materials and communication on changes.
• Provide post-implementation support and change management.
• Develop presentations of materials, models, findings, and plans.
