Zusammenfassung

VSP Vision seeks a senior manager to lead a team of business and systems analysts supporting enterprise-wide projects. You will provide strategic direction to maintain a complex service environment and ensure customer service and sales needs are met.

Responsibilities include staffing, development, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, and service teams to standardize platforms and processes across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of direct reports.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to provide services and support for complex systems or issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate, educate and build strong business partner relationships.
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the company.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications; ability to work with a variety of system applications.
• Ability to analyze work processes and make recommendations to improve department efficiency.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present technical information in a user-friendly format.
• For roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFH), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments.

• Act as SME for operational processes in a sales and service environment.
• Foster strong relationships with direct reports and maintain employee satisfaction.
