Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a Business Process Technology Senior Analyst to define and govern business process systems, translate user needs into technical specifications, and guide teams in delivering analytics, automation, and data management solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to align on governance, architecture, and modernization efforts, delivering training and ensuring compliance while supporting multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Experience with business process analysis, data analysis, reporting, automation or technology solution delivery.
• Experience developing low-code/no-code solutions, dashboards, reports, or workflow automations.
• Non-technical skills include analytical thinking, problem solving, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize complex business process, data, reporting, and technology needs.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, implementation planning, and production support for business applications, analytics, reporting, automation, and data management.
• Assess processes and technology capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and data quality, governance, and reporting effectiveness.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and innovation teams to implement and improve technology solutions while ensuring security and standards.
• Provide input on best practices, standards, and training to promote effective adoption of technology solutions.
• Collaborate across Black & Veatch to drive continuous improvement of business processes and data assets.
