Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks a results-driven Business Process Analyst to optimize operations through stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and workflow re-engineering. You will map current and future states, apply Lean Six Sigma, and drive standard operating procedures and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience executing business process analysis and workflow re-engineering in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, root-cause analysis, and continuous quality improvement frameworks.
• Experience with developing current-state and future-state process maps, workflow diagrams, and data-informed models.
• Experience in authoring comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs), business requirements, and executive-level reports.
• Experience with supporting strategic transformation initiatives within public health, state government, or regulatory sectors.
• Experience in establishing operational performance metrics, tracking KPIs, and executing change management plans.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead stakeholder interviews and process improvement workshops.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business operations through stakeholder interviews, workflow audits, and quantitative data analysis.
• Architect and maintain current-state and future-state process maps to identify operational bottlenecks and redundancies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to formulate data-informed recommendations that optimize process efficiency and sustainability.
• Author and standardize formal operating procedures, business requirements documents, and executive decision summaries.
• Facilitate interactive process improvement workshops with program staff, subject matter experts, and leadership.
• Define process performance metrics and key indicators to monitor the operational effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Coordinate organizational change management and sustainment workflows to ensure seamless adoption of new procedures.
