Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager in the United States to lead large, cross-functional initiatives across finance, healthcare, and government clients. You will shape scope, timeline, and cost baselines while guiding teams through complex lifecycles.

You will standardize governance, produce charters and WBS, manage risks, and report progress to executives. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, builds vendor partnerships, and delivers projects on budget

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional IT projects.
• Proficient with MS Project and Visio for scheduling and mapping.
• Experience with PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid lifecycles.
• Experience enforcing IT governance and change control processes.
• Eliciting requirements, business process modeling, and workflow documentation.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing risk registers.
• Strong communication to lead executive briefings and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent high-complexity IT projects to guarantee scope, schedule, and budget baselines.
• Establish standardized project management methodologies and governance processes.
• Formulate comprehensive project management artifacts including charters, WBS, and status reports.
• Evaluate change requests, conduct impact analyses, and manage risk registers.
• Coordinate communication between executive leadership, engineering teams, program managers, and vendors.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation and workflow mapping sessions with SMes to refine specs.
• Compile and deliver weekly executive status updates on velocity, resources, and quality metrics.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise IT project management initiatives.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, tracking, and process mapping utilizing Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
• Experience with applying PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid software development lifecycle frameworks.
• Experience in enforcing statutory IT governance standards, oversight frameworks, and formal change control procedures.
• Experience with eliciting technical requirements, performing business process modeling, and drafting workflow documentation.
