Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to lead enterprise wire processing and treasury payment platform initiatives in the Atlanta area. The role focuses on ISO 20022 messaging, data mapping, and end-to-end testing across SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, and RTP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Technical Analyst in wire processing and treasury platforms.
• Proficient in ISO 20022 messaging standards and data mapping.
• Experience with high-value rails: SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, RTP.
• Experience using Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps in Agile/Scrum.
• Proficient in SQL, REST APIs, and SFTP for integrations.
• Experience with SIT/UAT and large banking conversions.
• Strong communication and documentation bridging technical teams and banking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 20022 implementation and message transformations across wire platforms.
• Manage data migrations during banking mergers and conversions.
• Architect technical flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Perform root cause analysis and production support for payment app incidents.
• Validate interfaces and API connectivity between core banking systems and external networks.
• Execute SIT and UAT to verify data integrity in settlement workflows.
• Create operational procedures and knowledge articles for sanctions and AML screening.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst specializing in enterprise wire processing and treasury payment platforms.
• Proficiency in ISO 20022 messaging standards and complex financial data mapping initiatives.
• Experience with high-value payment rails including SWIFT, Fedwire, ACH, and Real-Time Payments (RTP).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for managing technical backlogs within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Experience in SQL, REST APIs, and SFTP protocols for validating system integrations and data conversions.
• Experience with end-to-end testing lifecycles including SIT, UAT, and large-scale bank conversion rehearsals.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills for bridging the gap between technical teams and banking stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of ISO 20022 standards and message format transformations across wire platforms.
• Orchestrate customer and transaction data migrations during complex banking merger and system conversion programs.
• Architect detailed technical process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria within the Jira ecosystem.
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and production support for high-priority payment application incidents.
• Validate technical interfaces and API connectivity between core banking systems and external financial networks.
• Execute SIT and UAT test scenarios to verify data integrity across financial settlement and reconciliation workflows.
• Design operational procedures and technical knowledge articles to ensure compliance with sanctions and AML screening.
