Oversees change management and collection of requirements for project initiatives, utilizing a knowledge and understanding of process mapping, data collection, data analysis, procedure writing, and documentation. They document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements. They develop process maps, conduct audits, and ensure compliance. They train staff, implement new systems, and monitor performance. They collaborate with departments, gather requirements, and facilitate change. Their focus is on streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity through effective process management. They ensure processes align with business goals and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.Duties:Analyzes existing processes to pinpoint areas where improvements can be made.Gathers and analyzes data to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.Creates visual representations of processes to facilitate understanding and analysis.Proposes and implements solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.Works with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure successful adoption of new processes.Identifies opportunities to automate tasks and processes to improve efficiency.Keeps process documentation up-to-date, ensuring it is accurate and accessible.Provides training and support to employees on new processes and procedures.Works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensures process improvements align with business objectives.Effectively communicates process changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders.Other Duties:Duties, responsibilities, and activities can change at any time based on position requirements. All ISA employees are required to uphold and maintain the trustworthiness and suitability requirements of the U.S. federal government.Experience Required:8+ year’s experience in Business Process AnalysisStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.Experience in project management and change management.Experience with change management methodologies.Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.Strong organizational skills.A solid understanding of business operations and strategies is essential for identifying areas for improvement.Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related field (Required).Certification:Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
