The ideal candidate translates complex business needs into technical specs, supports ITSM workflows, and maintains SOPs and training materials for enterprise tools and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into technical specs for IT systems.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Elkicits, analyzes, and documents requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure, test, and support enterprise software tools (Office 365, SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials for IT systems.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to align with NIST/CMMC baselines.
• Support UAT, system testing, and integration efforts within Agile ITIL frameworks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot tier-2/3 issues.
• Produce system diagrams and swimlane workflows for projects.
