Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Manager of Business Operations to support our DSP team. This role blends strategy, analytics, and cross‑functional execution to eliminate friction, unlock revenue, and modernize operations through process excellence and automation.

You will build SOPs, design scalable processes, collaborate with Finance, Analytics, Strategy, Sales, and Product, and lead annual planning while surfacing inefficiencies and delivering durable tooling that scales with the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff function.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn operational data into clear business insights.
• Hands-on use of AI/agentic tooling to do the work preferably Claude, Claude Code, or comparable — with real examples of workflows you automated and what it saved.

Responsibilities

• Track key goals, priorities, and initiatives for aligned business partners.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, playbooks, decision trees, and other operational documentation.
• Centralize knowledge so teams can execute consistently and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge.
• Improve operating clarity by documenting handoffs, ownership, escalation paths, and workflow standards.
