Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Manager of Business Operations to support the DSP team. You will improve processes, design workflows, and implement automation, including agentic AI tooling, to drive revenue and scale operations.

You’ll bridge business, operational, and technical teams, develop analytics for leadership reviews, and lead cross-functional projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

5+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or chief-of-staff in adtech/digital media.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; translate data into insights.
Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Track goals, priorities, and initiatives; create SOPs, process maps, playbooks, decision trees, and docs.
Centralize knowledge; document handoffs, ownership, escalation paths, and workflow standards.
Build automation via AI tooling aligned with our DSP AI architecture and standards.
Align reporting metrics across tools and systems with Analytics.
Develop analytics framework for business reviews and leadership meetings.
Identify trends and opportunities; translate into scalable operational solutions.
Refine processes with data and stakeholder feedback; evaluate tools used to manage business.
Support annual and quarterly planning; coordinate operating reviews and leadership meetings.
Assist high-priority strategic initiatives sponsored by the GM or senior leaders.
