Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks a Manager of Business Operations to support our DSP team. You will streamline processes, design workflows, and deploy automation and AI-powered tooling to unlock revenue and reduce friction.

You will partner across Finance, Analytics, Strategy, Sales, and Product to turn data into insights, run quarterly planning, and manage cross-functional projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff function.
• Ability to turn operational data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to drive cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Track goals, priorities, and initiatives; create SOPs, process maps, playbooks, and documentation.
• Centralize knowledge and reduce tribal knowledge through clear ownership and handoffs.
• Build automation for repetitive tasks using agentic tooling in line with our DSP AI architecture.
• Collaborate with Analytics to align reporting metrics across tools and systems.
• Develop analytics framework and materials for business reviews and leadership meetings.
• Identify trends and translate into scalable operational solutions.
• Refine processes based on feedback and quantify business value.
• Support annual/quarterly business planning and operating reviews.
• Assist high-priority strategic initiatives sponsored by senior leaders.
