Yahoo Holdings Inc. seeks a Manager of Business Operations to support our DSP team, bridging strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution to eliminate friction and modernize operations through process excellence, workflow design, documentation, automation, and practical uses of AI.

The role surfaces inefficiencies, translates them into actionable solutions, and helps operational teams implement a scalable model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff function, ideally within adtech, programmatic, or digital media
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn operational data into clear business insights
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working with ambiguity and solving problems without a clearly defined playbook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Curiosity about how businesses work and a willingness to learn across functions

Responsibilities

• Track key goals, priorities, and initiatives for aligned business partners and create SOPs, playbooks, and documentation
• Centralize knowledge to enable consistent execution and document handoffs, ownership, escalation paths, and workflow standards
• Partner with internal and external teams to build automation and deploy AI-enabled tooling within a centralized DSP architecture
• Collaborate with Analytics to align reporting metrics across tools and systems
• Develop analytics framework and materials for business reviews and leadership meetings
• Identify trends and underperformance and translate them into scalable operational solutions
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to refine processes and quantify business value
• Support annual/quarterly planning and coordinate operating reviews and leadership meetings
• Support high-priority strategic initiatives sponsored by the GM, Strategy, or senior leaders
