Job summary

Yahoo Inc. seeks a Manager of Business Operations to optimize the DSP team’s operating model. You will bridge business, operational, and technical teams, solving ambiguity through structured processes, ownership, and durable tooling. Expect high-visibility projects and day-to-day efficiency levers that keep the business running smoothly.

You’ll drive SOPs, workflows, and analytics, while surfacing improvements, automations, and AI-enabled workflows that impact revenue and scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, or program management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track goals, priorities, and initiatives for aligned partners; create SOPs and workflows.
• Centralize knowledge to reduce tribal knowledge and improve handoffs.
• Build automation for repetitive tasks using agentic tooling within DSP AI architecture.
• Collaborate with Analytics to align reporting metrics and data confidence.
• Develop analytics framework and prepare materials for reviews and leadership meetings.
• Design scalable operational solutions and quantify business value.
