Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Manager of Business Operations to support our DSP team. This role blends strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution to eliminate friction, unlock revenue opportunities, and modernize operations through process excellence and automation.

You will standardize processes, build SOPs and playbooks, partner with Analytics to align reporting, and design scalable operating models across Finance, Analytics, Strategy, Sales, and Product. A strong operator mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or chief-of-staff roles in adtech, programmatic, or digital media.
• Proven ability to build and scale processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; translate operational data into clear business insights.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders; thrive with ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; distill complex information into recommendations.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment; drive decisions without formal authority.
• Curiosity about how businesses work and willingness to learn across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring business processes with limited oversight.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, decision trees, and knowledge repositories.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with Analytics to align reporting metrics across tools and systems.
• Support annual and quarterly business planning and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives sponsored by senior leaders.
