Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create production work orders and packing slips.
• Manage customer invoicing and monthly statements, customer cash application and follow up on past due invoices.
• Create purchase orders for work orders (production materials), shop and office supplies.
• Process vendor invoices in QuickBooks and manage payables for disbursements.
• Record purchasing card charges and maintain documentation.
• Interact daily with operations, customers, vendors, and sales.
