We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to support our CEO and overall operations. Excellent written English, organizational skills, quick thinking, and initiative are essential.

The role involves a variety of tasks, including onboarding new team members, scheduling meetings, working with Excel, managing our YouTube channels, and assisting with licensing deals across TV and Music.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and arranging travel for New York or London engagements.
  2. Facilitate onboarding of new team members through documentation, training coordination, and integration into workflows.
  3. Manage general operations, organize meetings, track project timelines, and ensure effective communication across teams.
  4. Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data related to content performance, partnerships, and budgets.
  5. Support YouTube channels by assisting with content uploads, metadata optimization, analytics monitoring, and engagement strategies.
  6. Assist with licensing deals by preparing contracts, tracking rights, and coordinating with legal and external partners.
  7. Identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and handle ad-hoc tasks to support company needs.
  8. Participate in virtual and occasional in-person meetings in New York, London, or Los Angeles, taking notes, following up, and representing the company professionally.
  9. Monitor and report on operational and YouTube performance, providing insights for strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years in administrative support, operations, or digital media, preferably in entertainment or media industries.
  • Skills: Impeccable written English, organization, Excel proficiency, digital media knowledge, quick thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
