We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual to support our CEO and overall operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent written English, impeccable organisational skills, the ability to think quickly, and use initiative.

The role involves a variety of tasks, including onboarding new team members, scheduling meetings, working in Excel, managing our YouTube channels, and assisting with licensing deals across TV and music.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and arranging travel for engagements in New York or London.
  2. Facilitate onboarding of new team members through documentation, training coordination, and integration into workflows.
  3. Manage general business operations such as organising meetings, tracking project timelines, and maintaining communication across teams.
  4. Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyse data related to content performance, partnerships, and budgets.
  5. Support YouTube channels by assisting with content uploads, metadata optimisation, analytics monitoring, and collaboration to boost engagement.
  6. Assist with licensing deals by preparing contracts, tracking rights, and coordinating with legal and creative teams.
  7. Proactively identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and handle ad-hoc tasks.
  8. Participate in virtual and occasional in-person meetings in New York, London, or Los Angeles, taking notes, following up, and representing the company professionally.
  9. Monitor and report on operational and YouTube performance, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Experience & Skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or digital media, preferably in entertainment or related creative industries.
  • Outstanding written English, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
  • Knowledge of YouTube CMS, Studio, and social media analytics.
  • Quick thinking, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams, partners, and leadership.
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
