Job Title: Remote Customer & Operations Assistant(100% Work From Home)

Location:Remote from Latin America

Position Type:Full-time

Salary:$1,500 USD/month via direct deposit

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Time

Our Client:
Our client is a trusted name in the Metro Detroit Area, known for delivering top-notch painting and carpentry services. With years of experience in the industry, they specialize in transforming homes and businesses with their comprehensive range of services. They primarily focus on exterior painting and wood repair but also handle interior painting and offer specialized painting solutions for commercial and industrial spaces, demonstrating the expertise to manage projects of any size and scope. In addition to their painting services, they also offer expert carpentry and siding solutions.
Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company. This is a new role at their company and they envision it quickly evolving into a key position within their business. The Customer and Operations Assistant will have exposure to working with customers, creating a rapport with them, and executing tasks in a timely and professional manner, along with working with their operations team to help grow the business and improve existing processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments accurately and manage the calendar effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Perform job costing to track project expenses.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
  • Process invoices for payment and billing.
  • Manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes and scopes of work for clients.
  • Review external invoices for accuracy.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
  • Must possess at least three years of office experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
  • Possess strong organizational skills to manage tasks and information.
  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
