Genesis HealthCare is seeking a proactive Business Office Manager to lead the center’s Revenue Cycle Management operations. You will supervise staff, ensure timely payroll, and oversee census, billing, adjustments, and deposits while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes Medicaid Pending management, private pay collections, and coordination with the Center Executive Director and CBO. A strong background in long-term care billing is essential.

Qualifications

• High school degree with a minimum of five years’ experience in long term care billing and collection experience preferred.
• Additional coursework in accounting/finance is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, organizes, evaluates and monitors business office staff.
• Meet deadlines for approving timecards and time-off requests.
• Oversees policy compliance in all business office functions.
• Monitors Medicaid Pending tracking and related processes.
• Ensures month-end close is completed by the third workday.
• Puts customer service first to support residents and families.
