About the Role

Ayden Healthcare of Waterville is seeking a Business Office Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing billing and collections for resident accounts, overseeing administrative tasks in accordance with applicable regulations, and ensuring proper procedures are maintained under the guidance of the Administrator.

Responsibilities
  1. Input ancillary charges for month-end close.
  2. Deposit funds and create cash batches.
  3. Respond promptly to requests and audits from the Corporate Operations Team or Administrator.
  4. Conduct monthly aging reviews and collection calls.
  5. Understand Point Click Care and report generation.
  6. Maintain daily census spreadsheets and update dashboards.
  7. Understand Medicaid and eligibility guidelines; process Medicaid applications from start to finish.
  8. Be proficient with insurances and coverage for Long Term Care Services.
  9. Knowledge of UB04 forms.
  10. Participate in Monthly Triple Check and weekly Utilization Review meetings.
  11. Demonstrate organizational and time management skills with prioritization.
  12. Collaborate with billers to resolve claim issues.
  13. Understand authorization processes for skilled services.
Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of experience in an administrative supervisory role. Knowledge of insurance procedures, contracts, and business transactions. Prior SNF experience as a Business Office Manager is required.
