Role Details

Kids Thrive is seeking a Business Office Manager to work in a Pediatric Mental Health Program for children ages 3 to 10. Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or treatment setting is preferred. Our providers focus on supporting a high-acuity early childhood population through group and individual services, providing a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Answer phone calls and greet clients, families, and visitors.
  2. Assist with intake paperwork and enter new referrals into the EMR.
  3. Maintain medical and staff records, including tracking/logging referrals.
  4. Obtain prior authorization for treatment when needed.
  5. Order program supplies and materials.
