Your Job:
The Business Office Manager will oversee the Business Office activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and coordinating with the Administrator to ensure tasks such as Resident Funds, Census Records, and healthcare services are managed effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma required.
  • Associates Degree in Business or Accounting preferred; or experience in healthcare business office operations.
  • Effective communication skills for positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly task lists, including the PCC processes.
  • Ensure timely recording of charges and billing processes, including private pay and Medicare ADRs.
  • Manage billing processes and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
