Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least a year of service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the community's business office operations.
  • Attract, engage, develop, and retain community staff to provide high-quality care and personalized services, while minimizing premium labor use (in conjunction with HR in a CCRC).
  • Support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
  • Ensure proper billing for services and oversee receivables collection.
  • Supervise payroll processing to ensure accurate employee payments.
  • Oversee vendor invoice processing and support an inclusive community culture.
  • Require an Associate degree or equivalent; additional experience can substitute for education. Minimum three years related experience; managerial experience preferred.

May directly supervise another department.

Salary Range

$21.26 - $28.00/hour
