JOB SUMMARY
The MSRDP Billing Operations Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee the daily operations of the revenue cycle for multiple departments, including Neurosurgery, OBI-Spine, Orthopedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This role ensures operational efficiency, maximizes service delivery, and ensures compliance with established guidelines. The manager will drive improvements in processes, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with clinical departments to optimize revenue cycle performance.
