Suburban Endoscopy Center is seeking a full-time Business Office Coordinator to support the Administrator in daily business office operations. The role includes supervision of Registration and Medical Records staff and ensuring adherence to office policies and procedures.
The BOC will manage hiring, training, and performance reviews, maintain knowledge of accounts receivable and managed care contracts, and assist in strategic planning to minimize DSO and bad debt while increasing efficiency.

The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) assists the Administrator with the day to day operations of the business office. The BOC is also responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Registration and Medical Records. The BOC will be in charge of the business office in the absence of the Administrator.
$27.58/hr – $33.79/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
