Orchard Park Surgery Center is hiring a Full-time Business Office Coordinator to join our Team
The Business Office Coordinator (BOC) assists the Business Office Manager in the day-to‑to‑day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and smooth management of Registration and Medical Records departments. The Business Office Coordinator will supervise these areas, while stepping in to manage the business office in the absence of the Business Office Manager. This role supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization and reports to the Business Office Manager.
Preferred Qualifications for the Business Office Coordinator:
Previous experience in managing medical records and healthcare administrative functions.
Familiarity with ASC or healthcare-specific business office systems.
Experience with cash receipts reconciliation and financial reporting.

Previous experience in business office operations, preferably in healthcare or an ASC setting.
Strong supervisory skills, with experience managing staff in Registration and Medical Records.
Knowledge of accounts receivable systems, with an emphasis on managing contracts and financial reconciliation.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, patients, and leadership.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in working with financial reports and systems.
PAY: $26to $38
