Job Overview

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Manager - FP&A.

Position type: Full time, Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Jersey City, NJ.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Business Manager - FP&A responsible for understanding of P&Ls, accruals basis of accounting, general ledgers, expense types, accounting treatments, financial analysis, analysis of financial impact, and ton of reporting.
• Must-Have Skills: Financial Planning
• Financial Analysis
• Required Skills: 5+ years of financial experience (could go a bit higher than this)
• Experience in an FP&A role (Financial-Planning and Analysis)
• Strong P&L experience
• Geared toward: Resources or headcount (from a finance standpoint)
• Proforma management
• Line-by-line costs
• Very strong with Excel - formulas and reporting

Pay Range

Pay Range*: $55 - $60 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
