Job summary

Innova Solutions Inc. is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to guide strategic delivery of complex digital products. You will partner with product managers and senior leaders to ensure alignment, prioritize work, and drive value across multiple agile teams.

You will balance leadership with hands-on technical understanding, reading code when needed and shaping architectures and runbooks to support delivery success in a hybrid US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing code; understands microservices and modern tech stacks.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Finance ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Coupa, OneStream).
• Familiar with SDLC, DevOps, and SRE concepts.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years in product management or engineering leadership.
• Experience with Agile, Kanban, SAFe frameworks.

Role Overview

Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)

Role: Product Delivery Manager

Duration: 6+ months

Contract Location : Candidate nearest Client office in USA (Hybrid)

Required Skills

• Technical & Architecture: Ability to read/write code, knowledge of microservices, Java/Spring Boot, React, Azure Cloud, Finance ERPs, SDLC, DevOps, and SRE.
• Leadership & Management: Engineering team management, mentorship, financial/budget tracking, and acting as a strategic advisor to product leadership.
• Delivery & Frameworks: 5+ years leading complex enterprise projects using Agile, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies, with expertise in risk management, cross-functional collaboration, and backlog intake.
• Good understanding of one or more tech stacks such as microservices, Rest APIs, microservices (Spring Boot / Java), React, Cloud (Azure preferred), Finance ERP Systems (such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Coupa, and OneStream).
• Broad understanding of technical delivery aspects such as SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering.
• Working understanding of Agile methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity.
• 5+ years of product management experience or engineering/Technical lead.

About the Role

As a Product Delivery Manager, will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to product managers, portfolio owners, and senior leaders.

This role is pivotal in driving successful delivery of complex, high-impact digital products across multiple agile teams.

You will combine strong leadership, technical fluency, and domain expertise to ensure seamless execution, alignment, and stakeholder engagement.

While your primary responsibility is not coding, you must possess the ability to read and write code, understand technology artifacts such as design documents & runbooks, when necessary and demonstrate deep understanding of technology and business domain.
