Innova Solutions is hiring an Engineer - Data Analytics and Reporting in Charlotte, NC for a 19-month contract. This role focuses on data analytics, BI reporting, and database engineering across complex initiatives. The candidate will work on SQL, data modeling, ETL, and AI-enabled analytics to deliver actionable insights.

The position is open to W-2 engagement only. Salary ranges are $58–$65 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on compliant, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau on large datasets.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience in data engineering and business intelligence analytics.

Responsibilities

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Engineer - Data Analytics and Reporting Position Type: Full-time (Contract ) Duration: 19 Months Location: Charlotte, NC

As an Engineer - Data Analytics and Reporting , you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Database Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Database Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Salary Range*: $58 to $65 Per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
