Position Overview

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Invoicing Analyst. Position type: Full Time - Contract. Duration: 12 Months Contract. Location: Atlanta, GA.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with negotiated contractual terms, rate cards and service level agreements.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies by analyzing billing data, contract language and usage details; identify root causes of recurring errors or non-compliant invoicing behaviors.
• Document findings, trends and corrective actions, and recommend process or control improvements to strengthen invoice accuracy and financial governance.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in analysis or a relevant quantitative field
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present complex data findings in clear, concise manner using Microsoft product suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with analytics and/or financial systems.
• Undergraduate degree or prior work experience in Finance, Accounting or quantitative fields.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $35 - $40 per hour
