Innova Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst for a 12+ month contract in Charlotte, NC, with 3 days onsite weekly. The role focuses on regulatory, compliance, and surveillance initiatives in Financial Services, requiring strong leadership in planning, execution, and governance reporting.

Applicants must have 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, hands-on Agile delivery, and effective executive stakeholder engagement.

• Hands-on experience supporting Agile delivery teams, including PI planning and governance forums.

• Strong project and portfolio management expertise, including planning, execution, tracking, and executive reporting.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Analyst Position type: Full time, Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC

As a Business Analyst, you will:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Business Analyst responsible for driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives supporting Global Compliance, Operational Risk, and Trade Surveillance.

Must-Have Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or surveillance processes strongly preferred

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $50 - $55 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
