Job summary

West Gate Corporate is seeking a detail-focused Full-Time Business Loan Processor to support the Business Services Department. You will maintain records, assist members with business loan applications, and schedule closings.

Responsibilities include insurance tracking, handling inquiries from members and branches, tracking financial statement reviews, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining a strong loan pipeline.

Qualifications

• Oversees insurance tracking and force-places coverage when needed.
• Answer member and branch staff queries about business accounts and policies.
• Track financial statement reviews, rate reviews, covenants, and maturities on business loans.
• Assist in maintaining small business member relationships and sales.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulatory guidelines and maintain loan pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business loan documents per approvals and laws.
• Book and fund loans; enter tracking codes.
• Maintain business loan files and lien perfection.
• Represent the credit union at member loan closings.
