Job summary

You will manage projects from initiation to closeout, build leadership within the team, and ensure alignment with company objectives and service standards.

The role requires 3–6 years in construction operations or project management and 2–4 years in people leadership, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in construction operations, project management, business operations, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a people leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manages operational and customer-focused projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Leads and develops team members by establishing performance objectives, conducting evaluations, supporting hiring decisions, and reinforcing accountability for results.
• Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and success criteria in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to maintain cost control and financial accountability.
• Monitors financial performance including cost management, billing, forecasting, and preparation of Monthly Status Reports.
• Identifies operational risks and implements mitigation strategies to maintain continuity, customer satisfaction, and business line performance.
• Procures, tracks, and manages equipment, materials, and operational resources to support ongoing work and service delivery.
