Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support branch leadership by ensuring reliable service and operational continuity in our Richmond, VA site.

You will reinforce best practices in inventory control, purchasing, rental and sales documentation, and financial accuracy while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maintain strong partnerships and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Assoc. degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years in equipment rental or construction supply operations.
• Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) preferred.
• Experience with Coupa procure-to-pay software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch leadership with daily operations and workflow execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to maintain partnerships.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, rental, and invoicing to ensure accuracy.
• Support financial performance through accurate pricing, contracts and reconciliations.
